Industrial Quality Services, LLC (IQS) is dedicated to providing Nondestructive Testing Level III Services, Welder & Weld Procedure Qualification Consulting Services and AWS Accredited Test Facility Consulting Services to industry.

IQS offers Level III consulting services designed for companies that require a Level III but prefer not to hire a full-time individual.
We will work with your designated individual to develop an NDT quality program. This approach reduces the cost of maintaining a full-time Level III and provides effective oversight of the NDT program at minimal cost.
Our NDT Level III's are qualified to work with ASNT SNT-TC-1A, ASME Section III, NAVSEA T9074-AS-GIB-010/271 and various other standards.

Let our staff of knowledgeable Certified Welding Inspectors (CWI’s) advise you in Code requirements for Welding Personnel and Welding Procedure qualification in accordance with industry standards such as AWS, ASME, Military and various other welding standards. We can assist you from the development stage, witnessing of the welding to radiography, bend/tensile/impact testing, etc., all the way through to the documentation completion of the PQR, WPS and/or the WPQR.
IQS can help you attain your AWS Accredited Test Facility (ATF) Certification. We can customize a program tailored to your specific company/school or provide a "Basic" program that you can adjust as necessary to meet your needs. Either way, the program you receive will meet the requirements of AWS QC4 "Standard for Accreditation of Test Facilities for AWS Certified Welder Program" and QC7 "Standard for Certified Welders". We also offer pre-audit program reviews and training consisting of the duties and responsibilities for the Facility Representative, Quality Manager and/or Test Supervisor.
